1. Introduction
Welcome to AutoPay India. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our automated repayment recovery software, dashboards, and associated transaction scheduling features. By accessing our interface, you establish a binding agreement to operate within these standard parameters.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By initializing an account, creating recovery links, or deploying automated mandates on this platform, you explicitly validate your acceptance of these operational rules. If you disagree with any structural provision outlined herein, you must immediately terminate platform access.
3. Platform Usage
AutoPay India grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access digital dashboards solely to draft, monitor, and execute consensual repayment configurations. All interactions must strictly conform to applicable domestic transaction limits and network protocols.
4. Account Responsibilities
Users bear absolute responsibility for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their access credentials, session tokens, and cryptographic keys. Every activity, ledger update, or settlement request initiated from your credential space is legally attributed directly to you.
Users assume full liability for the absolute factual and legal accuracy of all drafted terms, principal entries, and interest calculations. AutoPay India functions as an infrastructure execution provider and does not audit individual agreement validity or underlying civil positions.
6. Borrower Approval Responsibility
No automated recovery routine may be triggered without the borrower first completing the secure platform consent loop. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing external pressures or misrepresentations to acquire borrower authorization stamps.
7. AutoPay Authorization
Active setup calls rely on e-mandate or UPI AutoPay confirmations. Once a borrower authorizes these payment parameters inside secure banking rails, the scheduled balance execution functions as an autonomous programmatic instruction.
8. Payment Processing
Transactions are routed natively through compliant clearing lines and third-party payment gateways. AutoPay India manages orchestration telemetry but does not absorb liabilities arising from network exceptions, clearing delays, or transient banking window downtime.
9. User Conduct
Users commit to interacting with our infrastructure interface ethically and transparently. You agree to maintain accurate identity details and update platform registries promptly upon any alteration in your professional status or enterprise registration parameters.
10. Restricted Activities & Misuse Prevention
Any attempt to reverse-engineer core routing layers, initiate fraudulent balance captures, forge digital records, deploy automated script bombardments, or execute unauthorized collections will result in an immediate permanent freeze of platform credentials and referral to appropriate compliance authorities.
11. Third-party Services
Platform elements rely on third-party verification networks and integrated notification engines. Your interaction with these secondary utilities maps directly to their standalone operating guidelines and performance variables.
12. Intellectual Property
All interface graphics, dashboard source logic, custom stylesheets, brand assets, and structural framework designs remain the exclusive property of AutoPay India. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse scoping is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoPay India assumes zero liability for direct or indirect capital variances, data losses, or operational delays resulting from gateway balance failures, uncollected installments, or missing borrower liquidity states.
14. Service Availability
We maximize server architecture uptimes continuously. However, platform features may undergo temporary routine optimizations or emergency maintenance windows necessary to insulate the network from structural security threats.
15. Termination of Access
AutoPay India reserves the absolute structural right to pause, restrict, or completely terminate platform access profiles immediately upon identifying any operational non-compliance or breach of user conduct rules.
16. Policy Updates
We refine these terms periodically to accommodate changes in transaction architecture or regulatory parameters. Continued interaction with our dashboard space following a posted update constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised rules.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or compliance conflicts arising out of these structural parameters fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Maharashtra.
